How we build a number
Every estimate accounts for the costs that change the total, including the ones that are easy to miss. We use current, location-based labour and material pricing, and allow for site constraints, general conditions and the market at the time you bid.
Pricing comes from RSMeans data and our own construction cost database. Vendor pricing is available on request.
